Shipping Policy

We understand how exciting it is to receive products for your furry family members! Here’s what to expect when it comes to shipping:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • Shipping Methods & Rates: Muffin Mutts Bakery offers several shipping options to best meet your needs. Rates are calculated based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We aim for quick delivery times within Canada and soon to the US.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship across Canada and are exploring options to expand internationally. Stay tuned for updates on new destinations!

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pets to be thrilled with every Muffin Mutts purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Steps for Returning an Item:
    • Contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
    • We’ll provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or arrange for an exchange as per your request.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority.
